Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I allow a 15 minute grace period anything past that will be considered a no show. Your scheduled time not only represents time you have booked with me, but also time that cannot be claimed by another client. In the event of cancellation or reschedule, the deposit helps mitigate a fraction of the loss I as the artist might experience if I cannot book another client.
